Casa Linda Vista is a spacious home with a unique design which has the main living area on the 2nd floor, showcasing the views of the Sea of Cortez, Cerralvo Island, the mountains to the west and the community of El Sargento.  The great room has an adobe-like wood fireplace.  The large kitchen and breakfast bar make visiting and entertaining fun and easy. Please note the well equipped kitchen has a lovely counter top range as well as a counter top oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. All living and sleeping areas house AC units. Casa Linda Vista has a beautifule and complety brand new Pool, with a terrace and cooking area, with a 1/2 bathroom, in the backyard just for your use.

The back garden patio is accessed through patio doors in both the master bedroom and the second bedroom.  A third bedroom is also located on this floor and has a queen bed. This home contains a total of two queen beds and two double beds.
